It is reminded that this report contains the report of the Chairman of the Supervisory Board on the conditions of preparation and organisation of the Board's work and on the internal control procedures implemented by the Company (pages 71 onwards), as well as the information relating to the fees paid to Statutory Auditors (page 177).
