Discharging Managerial Responsibility in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse

Regulation (2014/596/EU) ("MAR")

The Company announces that it was informed that Simon Peckham, Chief Executive, and Justin Dowley, Chairman, today bought shares in the Company. In particular:

Mr Peckham bought 147,652 Ordinary Shares of 48/7 pence each in the Company on 9 March 2020 at a price of 169.3161 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Peckham now holds an interest of 17,413,217 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.358% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr Dowley bought 145,000 Ordinary Shares of 48/7 pence each in the Company on 9 March 2020 at a price of 170.27 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Dowley now holds an interest of 1,568,395 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.032% of the issued share capital of the Company.
