Hunting PLC today announces the following share awards granted on 3 March 2020 under the Hunting Performance Share Plan ("HPSP") to the executive Directors and members of the executive committee.

The Company notes that in line with best practice corporate governance recommendations, given the decline in the Company's share price since the last grant on 21 March 2019, the awards have been reduced in value by 20% when compared with the awards granted in 2019 and that all the awards granted on 3 March 2020 to the executive Directors and the members of the executive committee are wholly performance based.

The awards are subject to vesting on the third anniversary of the date of grant.

The performance conditions and targets attached to the performance based awards of the 2020 HPSP grant are as follows:

The EPS and ROCE performance conditions will be measured against the financial performance of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2022, while the TSR and Balanced Scorecard performance conditions will be measured based on data for the three year performance period ended 31 December 2022.

The number of shares subject to the award are determined by using the average closing middle market price of a Hunting PLC Ordinary share on the previous five days to the date of grant, being 311.6 pence per share.
