Information to the Market

Acquisition of shares in LifeStar Insurance p.l.c ("LSI") - C 29086

In its announcement dated 05 November 2025, the Company informed the market that it had resolved to acquire, from time to time, such number of ordinary shares of its subsidiary LSI should there be the opportunity to acquire such shares on the Malta Stock Exchange at a price which is below the "valuation price" or "fair-value price" of €1.013 obtained by the Company on the basis of an independent and professional valuation of its investment in LSI as reported in the Company's Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements and Interim Directors' Report for the period ended 30 June 2025.

The Company wishes to announce that during the month of December 2025, the Company acquired a total of fifty thousand seven hundred and thirteen (50,713) shares in LSI from the market.
