Report Content The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Telekomunikacyjne Telgam S.A.,with its registered office in Jasło (the "Company"), hereby announcesthat the Company has received notifications submitted pursuant toArticle 19(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliamentand of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the "MARRegulation") concerning transactions in the Company's financialinstruments, prepared by Ms. Katarzyna Stojek (Chair of the SupervisoryBoard) and Mr. Aleksander Stojek (President of the Management Board).
The Management Board hereby provides, as attachments, the notificationsreceived by the Company.
