Annell Bay

On 4 March 2020, Annell Bay notified the Company that she had purchased 1,600 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 322 pence per share. The purchase took place on 28 February 2020.

Following this transaction Annell Bay's beneficial holding is 13,440 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.008% of the Company's share capital.
