NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading was notified today of the following transactions carried out in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each ("Ordinary Shares") by  Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs).

Details are set out below and in the attached notifications as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
