Disclosure of Director's Details - Clare Bousfield
Director's other publicly quoted directorships (Listing Rule 9.6.14R)
As announced in November 2019, Clare Bousfield, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of M&G plc has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of RSA Insurance Group plc (RSA), with effect from 1 April 2020.
Further to the announcement by RSA today, it is also anticipated that, subject to regulatory approval, Ms. Bousfield will be appointed as Chair of the RSA Audit Committee with effect from October 2020.
