The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Farazmand as an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 1 May 2020.
Tim currently holds non-executive directorships and advisory appointments on a number of private enterprises. Tim has extensive business leadership skills and brings a wide experience of understanding the challenges faced by companies to ensure investment return. He was previously Chair of the British Venture Capital Association and a Director of BVCA Impact Investment Advisory Group.
Sarah Fromson, Chair of the Company, commented on the appointment:
"I am delighted to have Tim join our Board bringing his extensive experience of investing in private equity markets."
