The Supplementary Prospectus dated 19 February 2020 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") supplementing the prospectus (the "Prospectus") dated 20 June 2019 relating to a €6,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of Severn Trent Plc and Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc as issuers and Severn Trent Water Limited as guarantor of notes issued under the programme by Severn Trent Utilities Finance Plc.
