Milan, 30 December 2025. DHH S.p.A. (DHH.MI) (ISIN shares IT0005203622 | ISIN warrants IT0005645541) announces that today, pursuant to Article 2444 of the Italian Civil Code, the certification relating to the execution of the share capital increases, already communicated on December 18 and 22, 2025, was filed with the Milan Monza-Brianza Lodi Companies Register (for further details, please refer to the relevant press releases), together with the new text of the Company's Articles of Association updated with the new share capital, which will be made available on the Company's website www.dhh.international, "For Investors" section, as well as on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., following registration. Upon completion of the issue and subscription of the Shares, DHH's share capital amounts to Euro 562.168,80, represented by 5.621.688 ordinary shares with no par value.
