Board Changes

Gowin New Energy Group Limited announces that Mr. Chen Chih-Lung has tendered his resignation  as a director of the Company with immediate effect.

Concurrently, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Chien Chih-Peng as Chief Executive Officer, having served effectively as Interim CEO since 24 October 2025.

Dr Garry Willinge, Chairman, commented: "I would like to thank Mr Chen for his contribution to the Company over many years and look forward to working with Mr Chien and the Gowin team going forward."
