An extraordinary general meeting of Andfjord Salmon Group AS (the "Company") was

held today, 30 December 2025, at 13:00 hours (CET).

In accordance with the proposal from the board, the extraordinary general

meeting resolved to authorize the board to issue new shares, thus authorizing

issuance of shares in tranche 2 of the private placement announced by the

Company 15 December 2025. The minutes from the meeting will be made available on

the Company's website.
