The Company hereby announces that on January 5, 2026, between 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Israel time, it intends to publish its assessment regarding the Company's total revenues for the year 2025, as well as the revenue target to be set by the Company's Board of Directors for the year 2026.

Should there be any change to the date, the Company will provide notice in accordance with applicable law.
