Acquisition of shares by PCA

AJ Bell has been notified that on 4 February 2020 the A J Bell Trust, a registered charity, and a person closely associated (PCA) with Andy Bell, the Chief Executive Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, was gifted 25,000 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) for nil consideration.

Following the transaction, the number of shares in which Andy Bell, together with persons closely associated with him, has an interest has increased to 98,338,095 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 23.99% of the Company's total issued share capital).
