Korneuburg/Vienna (pta011/31.07.2020/09:00) - 31st July 2020. Marinomed Biotech AG hereby announces that due to the further exercise of stock options from the current employee stock option plan the total number of voting rights at the end of July 2020 has increased to 1,472,433 and the new stated capital amounts to EUR 1,472,433. The change of total voting rights has been effective since July 9, 2020.
