The Company announces that it received notification on 3 February 2020 that following the Interim Dividend payment on 31 January 2020, Equiniti purchased Ordinary Shares of 0.05 pence each in the Company ("Shares") on 31 January 2020 for the following Non-Executive Director under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan at a price of 2001.60 pence per Share.
