Entry in the register of small registered UK AIFMs

As indicated in its announcement yesterday, and following agreement with Gresham House Asset Management Limited ("GHAM") on 29 January 2020 to the termination of its contract, LMS Capital plc (the "Company") has received confirmation from the FCA that it has been entered in the register of small registered UK AIFMs with effect from 30 January 2020, under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Regulations (2013). Accordingly, the Company has now completed its return to internal management.
