The Company announces that it was notified on 27 January 2020 that, in accordance with the terms of a divorce settlement, Melanie Lockhart, spouse of Allan Lockhart, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, sold 148,750 ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in NewRiver at 190 pence per Ordinary Share on 27 January 2020.
