Directorate Change

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Rosie Shapland as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 5 February 2020.  Mrs. Shapland will be a member of the Audit Committee and will take over as Chair of the Audit Committee once Ian Barlow becomes Chairman of Foxtons during the early part of 2020. Mrs. Shapland will also be a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees from her appointment.

Mrs. Shapland was a former audit partner and has 30 years of audit experience across multiple sectors within public and private companies and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant.
