APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Workspace Group PLC ("Workspace" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Suzi Williams as Non-Executive Director of the Company and member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Her appointment will become effective as of 21 January 2020.

Suzi is currently a Non-Executive director at The AA plc.  As of 5 February 2020, she will join the board of Zegona Communications plc as an independent Non-Executive director and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.  Suzi has spent over 25 years building brands and driving customer-centric growth in the telecoms, media and consumer/service sectors. Most recently she was Chief Brand & Marketing Officer at BT plc, and prior to that held senior strategy, commercial and marketing roles at Orange, The BBC, Capital Radio, KPMG, and Procter & Gamble Europe.

There is no further information which is to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.

Commenting on the appointment, Daniel Kitchen, Chairman of Workspace, commented:  "We are delighted that Suzi will be joining the Workspace Board. She brings a wealth of skills and experience in brand development and marketing from her roles at various large and publicly-listed companies which are hugely relevant to the continued growth of Workspace."
