Bally's Intralot S.A. (distinctive title "Bally's Intralot"), informs the investing public that, according to article 49 of the Law 4548/2018 and in the context of the resolution of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated 19.12.2025, proceeded on December 29, 2025 with the purchase of 445,000 own shares at an average price of 1.056872 euro per share and with a total value of € 470,308.00.

Following the above, Bally's Intralot holds 912,000 own shares, corresponding to 0.049% of its total share capital.

This announcement is issued in accordance with Regulation (EU) 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of the Commission of 8 March 2016.
