Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Susannah Nicklin as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from Wednesday, 9 September 2020.

Mrs Nicklin is an experienced Non-Executive Director and financial services professional with 25 years of experience in executive roles in investment banking, equity research and wealth management at Goldman Sachs and Alliance Bernstein in the US, Australia and the UK. She has also worked in the impact investment sector, with Bridges Ventures and the Global Impact Investment Network. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst qualification.

Mrs Nicklin is currently a non-executive director of Amati AIM VCT plc, Baronsmead Venture Trust plc, City of London Investment Group plc, The North American Income Trust plc and Pantheon International plc and was previously a non-executive director of Baronsmead VCT plc.

The following additional information is disclosed in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules:

1.   In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13R (3), Mrs Nicklin was appointed as managing director when Apprecie Limited went into members' voluntary liquidation on 22 August 2016.

2.       As at today's date Mrs Nicklin holds 1,862 ordinary shares of the Company.
