MASTERPLAST Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (seat: 8143 Sárszentmihály, Árpád u. 1/A; hereinafter referred to as: "Company", "MASTERPLAST Nyrt.") hereby informs the honourable Investors of the following, based on shareholder notifications received on 29 December 2025, as well as notifications from executives and legal entity closely related to executives:

Tibor Dávid, President of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer announced that he had transferred 4,548,057 MASTERPLAST Nyrt. registered shares (ISIN code: HU0000093943; hereinafter: "Shares") on 29 December 2025 for the long-term restructuring and consolidation of his private assets as sole settlor for the purpose of fiduciary asset management pursuant to Sections 6:310–6:330 of the Civil Code to a trust management company founded by him, managed by him as sole executive director, and wholly owned by him, Tibor Dávid Bizalmi Vagyonkezelő Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (seat: 8000 Székesfehérvár, Pöstyéni utca 12., company registration number: 07-09-037147) under a trust management agreement. The Tibor Dávid Bizalmi Vagyonkezelő Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság performs trust asset management as a non-commercial activity in accordance with the relevant Act XV of 2014. Based on the above, pursuant to Section 3(38) of Act LIII of 2017 on Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, Tibor Dávid shall remain the beneficial owner in all respects, as the settlor, beneficiary, and sole owner of the trust management company, with regard to the Shares, the identity of the actual, ultimate and controlling owner does not change as a result of the establishment of the trust structure.

Based on the owner notification submitted by Tibor Dávid in connection with the above, the number of his ordinary shares registered of MASTERPLAST Nyrt. changed from 4,548,057 to 0 on 29 December 2025 and the proportion of his voting rights changed, passing the 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% thresholds, from 23.62% to 0%.

The Tibor Dávid Bizalmi Vagyonkezelő Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (seat: 8000 Székesfehérvár, Pöstyéni utca 12., company registration number: 07-09-037147, represented by: Tibor Dávid managing director) as a shareholder announced that on 29 December 2025, it acquired 4,548,057 MASTERPLAST Nyrt. registered ordinary shares, thereby changing its voting rights, by exceeding the 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% thresholds, from 0% to 23.62%.

Based on the management announcement of Tibor Dávid and announcement of Tibor Dávid Bizalmi Vagyonkezelő Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, from legal entity closely associated with Tibor Dávid, President of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, the transfer under the legal title trust arrangement took place without consideration, outside the place of trading.

Based on the above and the share register entries, the shareholders of the Company with a stake of more than 5% are as follows:
