Report Content The Management Board of Przedsiębiorstwo Telekomunikacyjne Telgam S.A.,with its registered office in Jasło (the "Company"), hereby informs thatthe Company has received notifications submitted pursuant to Article19(1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and ofthe Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (the MAR Regulation)concerning transactions in the Company's financial instruments, preparedby Ms Katarzyna Stojek (Chair of the Supervisory Board) and MrAleksander Stojek (President of the Management Board).
The Management Board hereby attaches and publishes the notificationsreceived by the Company.
