The Company announces that Louis Petherick, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has exercised options under the Company Share Option Plan to acquire 55,553 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each (Ordinary Shares) at an exercise price of £0.54 per Ordinary Share, with 7,319 Ordinary Shares being immediately sold at a price of £4.10 per Ordinary Share to pay the exercise price. Both transactions took place on 7 January 2020.
Following the above transactions the number of Ordinary Shares in which Louis Petherick has an interest increased to 213,340 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.052% of the issued share capital.
