Appointment to Edenred's Executive Committee

Edenred has appointed Diego Frutos to the Executive Committee in his capacity as Chief Operating Officer, Hispanic Latin America and North America.

Diego Frutos, 44, holds a degree in Information Technologies and a MBA from the IAE Business School of Buenos Aires. He began his career in 1989 as an IT programmer and analyst for different companies in Argentina. He joined Edenred Argentina in 1995 as Product Leader for Ticket Car and then moved to Edenred Mexico in 2006, serving first as Director of the Expense Management Business and then as Commercial Director in 2009. He has been General Manager of Edenred Mexico since 2011.

Diego Frutos is replacing Jean-Louis Claveau, who will leave his function on October 31 after nearly 17 years at the head of the Latin America region and more than 38 years with the Group.
