The Company notes that the shares of The Beauty Tech Group plc ("TBTG") were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange earlier today.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.9R(2), the Company announces that:

·    Elaine O'Donnell, Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director and Chair of Audit Committee of the Company, is the Non-Executive Chair of TBTG; and

·    Simon Cooper, Founder and Non-Executive Director of the Company, is a Non-Executive Director of TBTG.
