De La Rue plc (the "Company") announces a change in the interests of Clive Vacher, an Executive Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, in ordinary shares of 44 152/175p  in the capital of the Company.

De La Rue Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave Scheme")

On 7 January 2020, a grant of options was made under the Sharesave Scheme at an option price of 118.67p to Mr. Vacher as detailed below:
