Audioboom Launches International Expansion Role

Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig Eastwood as Vice President - International. Mr. Eastwood who previously served as Commercial Operations Director at British podcast network Adelicious, steps into an expanded role that will be pivotal to Audioboom's long-term growth strategy.

As Vice President - International, Mr. Eastwood will be responsible for spearheading Audioboom's global roadmap. His remit includes developing commercial partnerships in key distribution regions, shaping and executing strategies for on-the-ground operations in new territories, and identifying opportunities for growth through mergers and acquisitions outside the US and UK.

These priorities will be central to strengthening the Company's position as the partner of choice for creators and brands worldwide.

The appointment follows Audioboom's recent acquisition of Adelicious, which created the UK's largest homegrown podcast network. Mr. Eastwood's move into this new role signals Audioboom's ambition to replicate that success across international markets.
