1.   Share Incentive Plan

On 6 January 2020, under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), Helical Bar Trustees Limited, awarded 2,583 ordinary shares to directors, PDMRs and employees at the closing mid-market price on 3 January 2020 of 470.05p. The shares were awarded under the Dividend Share element of the Plan.
