Update re Increased Stake in Evolution Energy Minerals

Further to the announcement earlier today regarding Metals One's participation in the Rights Issue of Evolution Energy Minerals Ltd (ASX: EV1) ("Evolution"), the Company has been informed that admission of Metals One's shares in Evolution to the Australian Securities Exchange pursuant to the Rights Issue is now expected to occur on or around 17 September 2025.
