Director's Dealing - Share Transfer

Jersey Oil & Gas (AIM: JOG), an independent upstream oil and gas company focused on the UK Continental Shelf region of the North Sea, announces that Andrew Benitz, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today sold 29,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding at a price of 122.3448p per Ordinary Share and simultaneously purchased 29,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 123.5p per Ordinary Share into his self-invested personal pension.

Following this transaction, Mr Benitz's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 763,764 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.
