Further to the announcement on 3 January 2020, the Company is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to Vistry Group PLC. Trading in the Company's shares will commence under the new name Vistry Group PLC and the new TIDM code 'VTY' with effect from 8.00 a.m. on Monday 6 January 2020. The Company's existing ISIN number GB0001859296 and SEDOL number 0185929 will remain unchanged.
