WATCHES OF SWITZERLAND GROUP PLC (the 'Company')

DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company announces that it has awarded on 4 September 2025, nil cost op tions to its Executive Directors under the Company's 2019 Long Term Incentive Plan (the 'Awards').

These awards will be subject to performance conditions, to be determined by the Remuneration Committee, (in accordance with the Company's shareholder-approved Directors' Remuneration Policy) as soon as any information on US tariffs, and any potential impact, is available.

Once these performance conditions have been determined, they will be communicated as appropriate.
