Profit Warning – December 2025

Pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, Aias Investment Public Ltd, announces that the results for 2025 are expected to be improved compared with the corresponding results of 2024.

The increase of the profitability, due to increase of income from disposal and revaluation of investments in the CSE.
