Director / PDMR Dealing

Inspired (AIM: INSE), a leading technology enabled service provider supporting businesses in their drive to net zero, controlling energy costs and managing their response to climate change, announces that Mark Dickinson (CEO), Paul Connor (CFO), David Cockshott (CCO), Sangita Shah (Interim Non-Executive Chair), Peter Tracey (Non-Executive Director) and Dianne Walker (Senior Independent Director) have sold all of their interests in Inspired plc securities, pursuant to the  unconditional cash offer made by Intrepid Bidco Ltd ("Intrepid Bidco"), a newly formed company owned indirectly by funds managed and/or advised by HGGC, LLC and its affiliates, is acquiring the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Inspired (the "Offer").
