Transaction in Own Shares

AJ Bell plc ("Company") announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.000125 each through Jefferies International Limited ("Jefferies"), as part of the share buyback programme, of up to £25m, announced on 23 May 2025.

Highest price paid per share (pence):	510.00
Lowest price paid per share (pence):	509.50
Volume weighted average price paid per share (pence):	509.98

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares and does not intend to hold any of the purchased shares in treasury.

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased ordinary shares, the Company's total number of ordinary shares in issue shall be 405,562,238 ordinary shares, with no ordinary shares in treasury.

The figure of 405,562,238 ordinary shares represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018) the schedule below contains detailed information about the purchases made by Jefferies on behalf of the Company as part of the buyback programme.
