ASSET SALE UPDATE

On 11 July 2025 the Company announced its agreement to sell all its Airbus A380-861 aircraft to Emirates (the "July Announcement").

Further to the July Announcement, the Board is pleased to announce that sale proceeds of £32.70 million have been received with transfer of title for MSN 133 successfully passing to Emirates.

For the Company's three remaining Airbus A380-861 aircraft (MSNs 132, 134 and 136), operating leases will continue as contracted until the respective Lease End Dates.

The Board intends to provide further updates in due course regarding the distribution of total sale proceeds, as anticipated in the July Announcement.
