Gateley, the professional services group, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 30 April 2025, together with the Notice of its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) are now available on the Group's website  https://gateleyplc.com/investors/ .

Copies will be posted later today to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.

The AGM is to be held at the Group's London office, 1 Paternoster Square, London, EC4M 7DX at 12.00 p.m. on Wednesday 24 September 2025.
