Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (AIM: AT.), a leading provider of subsea technology solutions to the global offshore energy sector, announces that it has been informed of the following dealings by directors:

Mr Bill Shannon, Independent Chairman and Non-Executive Director, has purchased 30,000 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of £3.85 per Ordinary share.

Mr Jean Cahuzac, Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 8,600 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of £3.7859 per Ordinary share.

Ms Kristin Færøvik, Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 4,716 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of £3.5867 per Ordinary share.

Mr Thomas Thomsen, Independent Non-Executive Director, has purchased 2,910 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of £3.695 per Ordinary share.
