Following the posting of its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2024, Deltic announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is now available to download from the Company's website at www.delticenergy.com and will be posted today to shareholders who have requested to receive hard copy documents from the Company.

The AGM will be held on Thursday 28 August 2025 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of DAC Beachcroft LLP, The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London EC4N 8AF.
