Investment Manager  Share Purchases  

Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company"), the operationally focused specialist digital infrastructure investor managed by Cordiant Capital Inc ("Cordiant" or the "Investment Manager"), is pleased to confirm that Steven Marshall, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Management, purchased on 25 June 2025 a total of 198,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 100.35 pence. Following this purchase, Mr Marshall owns a total of 13,088,178 ordinary shares.

Following the recent release of the Company's annual results, Directors of the Company also purchased a total of 62,018 ordinary shares. As a result of Mr Marshall's purchase and recent purchases by the Directors as well as other members of the Investment Manager's team, the number of ordinary shares held by insiders is 15,639,521, representing 2.04% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
