The Company is pleased to announce that it is posting to shareholders a notice convening the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Tooru plc to be held at the offices of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (UK) LLP, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V at 10.30 am on Thursday 17 July 2025 (the "Notice").
