Praetura Ventures Limited, the Company's investment manager and promoter for the Company's current offer for subscription launched on 8 November 2024 (the "Investment Manager"), has today announced its intention to merge with Par Equity Group and Praetura Investments Limited to form PXN Group, subject to regulatory clearance from the Financial Conduct Authority. There are no changes to the existing investment management or promoter agreement between the Company and the Investment Manager.
