Further to its announcement on 20 December 2019 regarding the completion of the acquisition of Rousaud Costas Duran, DWF is pleased to announce that 19,525,927 ordinary shares in the capital of DWF have today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market.
