Final Dividend

for the year ending 30 September 2019

The directors of Schroder UK Mid Cap Fund plc have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 14.70p (net) per share for the year ending 30 September 2019. Subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 28 January 2020, the dividend will be paid on 3 February 2020.
