Imperial Brands PLC announced in November 2019 that Thérèse Esperdy would succeed Mark Williamson as Non-Executive Chairman from 1 January 2020. The Company today announces that Sue Clark will succeed Thérèse as Senior Independent Director also with effect from 1 January 2020 and continue to Chair the Remuneration Committee.
