The Company announces that it was notified on 18 December 2019 that Andy Bell, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, sold 5,500,000 of the Company's ordinary shares of £0.000125 each (Ordinary Shares) at a price of 420 pence each. The sale took place on 18 December 2019.

Following the transaction, Andy Bell, together with persons closely associated with him, has an interest in 98,313,095 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 24.03% of the Company's total issued share capital).
