In the period from January 18 - 19, 2021, S&T AG acquired a total of 16,058 shares under the share buyback ('Share buyback program II 2020') announced on October 27, 2020 in accordance with Art. 2 Para. 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
